Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you have received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g. food, flowers or plants), special orders (e.g. custom-made or personalized products) and hygiene items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
