What does Mysiga mean?

"Mysiga" is the Swedish feeling of being warm, cozy, and snug. It's about creating a place where you can relax and enjoy the present moment. Mysiga Style was created to help you transform your home into a personal oasis where you can live softer.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden.

  • Domestic (Sweden): Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days. Free shipping on all orders over SEK 499; otherwise, a fee of SEK 69 will be added.
  • International: We also ship internationally. Delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the country and are clearly shown at checkout.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We want you to feel secure when you shop for a softer life.

  • You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your item.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Swish. All prices include 25% VAT.

What do I do if the product is damaged or faulty? (Complaint)

If your item is damaged upon delivery or if we have sent the wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@mysigastyle.com. Describe the defect and preferably attach pictures so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

In the event of an approved complaint, Mysiga Style will cover all shipping costs, and we will ensure that you receive a new item or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

What does it cost to return?

Upon return, a fixed administrative fee of SEK 90 will be charged. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
